Operation Leadership Camp empowers campers, known as “Pathfinders,” to develop military discipline, confidence, resilience, and teamwork. Partnering with all branches of the armed forces, the camp features branch-specific days led by military representatives, offering hands-on activities and insight into military roles and opportunities. This immersive experience inspires leadership and personal growth while introducing campers to potential futures in service.
Operation LEADERSHIP Camp is a co-ed, boarding-only camp for students entering grades 8-12 in Fall 2025.
Each day, Pathfinders will follow a structured schedule that includes physical training, classroom sessions, demonstrations, and events. This schedule provides an authentic glimpse into what life in the military might entail. Daily activities will vary based on the plans and programs prepared by each branch of the armed forces, offering a dynamic and immersive experience.
BOARDING: Boarding Campers will report to camp on the Sunday camp begins. Check-in for camp will be held in the Dixon All-Faith Chapel (174 Ward Circle, Camp Hill, AL 36850) from 1:00pm – 3:00pm CST. Check out will be held the day after camp ends from 10:00am – 12:00pm CST on the backside of the headquarters building.
DAY: Due to the nature of activities of Operation LEADERSHIP Camp, Day Campers will not be accepted for this week.
