Board of Trustees banquet

The Fifth Annual Board of Trustees Banquet will be held on Friday, April 25, 2025 at the Marriott at Grand National in Opelika, Alabama.

This special evening celebrates the growth and impact of our mission: building confident leaders through academics, athletics, and service to others.

At Southern Prep, we are growing in exciting ways—welcoming day students, embracing a farm-to-table approach that enriches our community, and staying true to our commitment to academics first, supported by athletics and service.

6:00pm – 6:45pm: Welcome Reception

7:00 – 8:00pm: Official Program; Plated Dinners Served

8:00pm: Program Conclusion

Dinner

Plated dinners will be provided. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions. There will be a cash bar available for guests over the age of 21. Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly.

Dress Code

The dress code for the Banquet is semi-formal.

Room Block

Book your stay at the Marriott for a discounted rate of $189/night no later than Tuesday, March 25, 2025*. Rooms in the Southern Prep block are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
