Southern Prep Announces 2023 Banquet Keynote Speaker

Jason Campbell is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League. He was drafted by the Washington Redskins, now the Washington Commanders, in the first round of the 2005 NFL Draft. He played college football at Auburn University where he led the Tigers to an undefeated season in 2004 and was named the SEC Player of the Year and MVP of the SEC Championship Game. Campbell played in the NFL for 10 years, mostly for the Washington Redskins and the Oakland Raiders, but he also played for the Chicago Bears, Cleveland Browns, and Cincinnati Bengals. 

Jason spends his fall Saturdays working with the Auburn Sports Network. On his fall Mondays, he works with the Washington Football team as a pregame and postgame analyst. Jason is also the host of the “Bleav in Everything Auburn” podcast. 

This fall, Jason will be the new color analyst for Auburn University football, working alongside Andy Burcham. He is also a part of On to Victory NIL Collective for Auburn. Furthermore, Jason is the new host of the On to Victory podcast for the NIL Collective. 

Jason and his wife, Shayla, were married in March 2022 and they currently live in Atlanta, Georgia.
