COVID-19 UPDATE:
Many of us are now aware of Governor Ivey’s decision to close public K-12 schools for the next few weeks to help prevent further spread of the #coronavirus. Southern Prep has decided to implement off-campus, online-learning for the time being in order to ensure the safety of every cadet, staff, faculty member, and beyond.
We are lucky that we have been partnered with a top-rated, online-learning program, Edgenuity, which will allow our students to easily continue their education at home. In addition, our teachers will be using Google Classroom and Zoom for distance learning and tutoring. All cadets and their families will receive information regarding online coursework by 3pm CST today, March 16th.

This is unchartered territory for many of us, but the best thing we can do is stay calm, stay vigilant, and WASH OUR HANDS!

“So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10
